The Black-throated Grey Warbler Dendroica nigrescens has a prominent white streak from the eye to the back of the head and a small yellow-orange dot in front of the eye. There is a black-throat bordered on both sides by another white streak. In the female the throat is white instead of black. The back is bluish grey.
