While I was focusing on photographing warblers, this Yellow-eyed Junco Zonotrichia guerula popped into view. Its yellow eyes were striking, making it an easy Junco to remember.
Its range is similar to that of some of the Hummingbirds unique the very Southeastern corner of Arizona. I was delighted to get photos of what is essentially a Mexican bird.
