The Yellow Warbler shows up as a dramatic splotch of pure yellow flitting around in the woods. This example was photographed on a walk in riparian woods of the San Pedro River at the San Pedro House in southern Arizona. This was a female since the males have faint reddish streaks on their breast.
The last place we saw a Yellow Warbler was in the Galapagos (see www.ComingsBirds.com-Galapagos).
