The ChaffinchEringilla coelebs is a common bird introduced from Europe and abundant in both the North and South Islands. Photos 565 and 584 were taken of a Chaffinch on the arm of Charles Cummings, a member of our group. The bird had flown into a building and was recuperating on his arm.
